Whenever we start to talking about the best movies, we use some parameters, like some choose to depend upon the highest box office collection while some choose to depend upon the plot.
In 2015, so far, we have seen many Bollywood movies. Let’s have a look at the index of Bollywood Movies, that made it!

1. Bajrangi Bhaijaan

Salman Khan’s another blockbuster one starts this queue by achieving the highest box office collection for the year. Bajrangi Bhaijaan was released on July 17, 2015, one day before Eid in 4,100 screens in India. The film grossed ₹333 crore (US$50 million) worldwide in its first week, beating the previous record of ₹332 crore (US$50 million) worldwide by PK.

The plot, the communal harmony between India and Pakistan, acting of Salman, Nawaz and little cute girl Harshali is worth watching the movie.

2. Drishyam

Ajay Devgn, Tabu starring Drishyam can be the best mystery, thriller movie of this year.
It’ll surely blow your mind how an ordinary man plans like a mastermind with tricks he learned from watching movies.
Although it was a remake of the Malayalam film Drishyam, still it left its mark in the box office.

3. Manjhi – The Mountain Man

Inspired by the life of Dashrath Manjhi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui Manjhi is one of the best movies of Bollywood.
Any film that is helmed by Nawaz and he does helm again. Dashrath’s love for his Phaguniya, and his determination to set himself up to confront the mountain, everything will take you to a different level while watching the movie.
Director Ketan Mehta has always been able to put things perfectly where needed and the movie is not an exception.

4. Dum Laga Ke Haisha

If you are looking for a different taste, rather than a convenient one, Yash Raj Films have one for you!
Director Sharat Katariya has beautifully planted the seed of love between slim and very little educated Prem(Ayushman) and overweight, highly educated Sandhya(Bhumi).
A very soft and delightful love story, you should watch with someone you love truly!

5. Piku

National Award winning director Shoojit Sircar’s Piku continues the queue.
Piku is the story of a titular protagonist Bengali girl (Deepika) and her hypochondriac father (Amitabh Bachchan ) who does not want his daughter to get married.
But apart from that, the bonding between father and daughter will make you feel how precious your father is to you. If you want to share a good time with your dad, try this one!

6. Tanu Weds Manu Returns

The sequel of the surprising hit Tanu Weds Manu also hit the box office massively.
After Tanu Weds Manu and Queen, Kangana Ranaut again proved her talent on how a women-centric film can achieve success, this time she appeared with a challenging double role.
Both Tanus (Kangana) will surprise you with their formidability and their infinite humanity.
A highly entertaining and engaging a film as any that Bollywood has delivered this year. You should not miss it.

7. Baby

This movie can be one of the best thrillers of Bollywood this year. You should keep it in your watch list.We generally complain against Bollywood movies that they lack thriller or copied from Hollywood.You’ll change your opinion after watching this movie. Akshay Kumar’s Baby is a compact package of action and thrill. Don’t dare to miss it!

8. ABCD 2

As it was the sequel of super hit ABCD, an audience had much more expectation from it. But ABCD 2 did not hit the stage that much. The plot was not so impressive.
But the movie fulfilled its purpose for what it was made. Brilliant dancing and superb choreography by Remo D’Souza. A must watch for those who love dance.

9. NH 10

This crime, thriller one did not hit box office that much.
But apart from that, this movie showed us one of the dark sides of India. Some get murdered on the road while women are tortured in the family by men.
This movie will show you how even today, brutal norms like “honor killing” are being supported in backward villages of India.
NH 10 will put you to the edge of your seat and will make you think how women in our country are treated in a male dominant system. Patriarchy will always loom over our heads.

10. Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!

You may be surprised to see the exclamation mark at the suffix of the title. But later you will realize, it was not out of place.The movie is a slow crime drama, directed by Dibakar Banerjee and produced by Yash Raj Films.Full of suspense, Mystery in every moment, everything that is needed in a detective movie, is present here.
