1.Get rid of Fast Food
Fast food- as the name suggests, are fast. Fast to cook, fast in filling your hungry tummy, fast in adding taste to your non-tasty food, fast in increasing your weight as well. So, people of all age groups, specially the youth, get rid of taste buds and add flavour to your life by doing a little favour towards a healthy living.
2.Lose Weight, Get Fit
The very next Resolution which goes hand in hand with the first one is, getting fit. Say a bye bye to fast food and adapt a fitter life style by adding a few minutes of yoga and exercise to your daily schedule. And, of course continue in all the future years. You will amazed to see the difference.
3.Quit Alcohol and Cigarettes
Alcohol, let be it just a glass of red wine. No no to the stale fermented fruit juice or whatsoever, bid a farewell to the bad doers and step ahead of this fuss of being “cool”. Smoking cigarettes, bidis, or weeds adds no value to our bodily systems. Neither drinking does any good. Showcasing sophistication takes you to another level of highness. Only if you understand what I mean?
Money, money and money. Obviously, money can’t buy you happiness but, it buys. Yes, it buys. Saree for your Mummy, a watch for Daddy, Toys for your kids, jewellery for your beloved. And, happiness is seeing them happy. So, let this new year be a start to your Happy Life. Get yourself indebted and save each day. Because, each day makes a difference.
5.Learn something new
Learning is of course a continuous process. When we barely use 4-5% of this giant tiny brain, let it be used a little more. This new year, learn. May be you wished to paint more while you were a kid, restart painting. Might be your desire to learn guitar has remained unfulfilled, go, search and get yourself admitted in some guitar classes. The list goes on. Gear yourself up, and New Year will be full of newnesses.
6.Travel to New Places
Travelling is always fun. Isn’t it? This year onwards, vow to travel the new places which you have always seen in pictures. If not for yourself then, take your family members along with. Because, it is the best way to create memories which you would cherish life long.
7.Don’t Worry, Be Happy!
How many of you suffer from Stress? Yes, it has now turned into a disease. And, each one of these concerned patients need to get rid of this disease. End of the day, it’s a state of mind. All you need to do is to believe that you can be happy lieu all the worries. Start believing that you have got ample of reasons to smile the real smiles.
8. Go Green
